Law Firm Taking Action Against WWE Over Alleged Securities Violation
WWE has been below fireplace at any time because it was revealed that Vince McMahon paid $3 million as hush money to a previous corporation staff with whom he allegedly had bodily relations with.
McMahon even stepped down from his position in the wake of the controversy and the business named Stephanie McMahon the interim Chief Procedure Officer. It seems that the problems is only commencing for WWE.
In accordance to Business Wire, a regulation organization dependent out of California and Pennsylvania is investigating claims introduced forth by WWE shareholders for violations of the securities laws. This is obviously not the sort of news Vince McMahon wished.
The investigation focuses on irrespective of whether the Company issued untrue and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose data pertinent to traders.
