Norfolk and Roanoke business law firms combining to form Virginia powerhouse – Daily Press

NORFOLK — Vandeventer Black and Woods Rogers, two Virginia enterprise legislation firms, will be part of forces on July 1.

Vandeventer Black is a company and litigation legislation business established in Norfolk in 1883. It also has places of work in Richmond Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and Hamburg, Germany.

Woods Rogers offers counsel to a selection of industries in Virginia and outside of. The firm, started in Roanoke in 1893, also has offices in Charlottesville, Lynchburg and Richmond.
